Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a test engineer in Malmö to focus on integration testing for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform. You will design, automate and execute test cases, verify cross‑system data flows, and ensure end‑to‑end reliability across environments.

You will collaborate with product and platform teams, leverage Azure services, and contribute to the digital retail platform’s quality. This 12‑month contract starts ASAP with a market‑rate compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in integration testing.
• Strong experience in integration testing across APIs, data flows and system interactions.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Ability to write test cases and test scripts and to estimate, design, develop and execute them.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are testable and unambiguous.
• Familiarity with Azure services and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate product needs into relevant integration test cases for D365 platform.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to ensure end‑to‑end data flows and reliability.
• Develop and maintain regression test suites for integration scenarios.
• Conduct test execution across multiple environments and report issues clearly.

Supporting our client with a wide range of integration‑focused test activities. This includes verifying that acceptance criteria are testable and unambiguous, designing integration test cases and scenarios, executing tests across multiple environments, and creating and maintaining regression test suites. A key part of the assignment is to ensure that integrations between systems behave correctly end‑to‑end both functionally and in terms of data flow.

Preferred Technologies & Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Strong Experience in integration testing (APIs, data flows, system interactions)
• Test automation tools and frameworks
• Skilled to write testcases and tests scripts
• Estimate, design, develop and execute test cases
• Verify that acceptance criteria are testable and unambiguous
• Experience with other Azure Services
• Experience with other similar tools and technologies is also of interest.

The main tasks in the assignment are as below:

To further improve the technical foundation of our client’s Core digital retail offer, we are developing the D365 Finance and Operations platform that will cater for the needs of several business areas.

You will work closely with product and platform teams to understand their needs and translate them into relevant integration test cases. Integration quality is a key part of our solution, and your role will be central in securing that the platform behaves reliably end‑to‑end.
