Job summary

Job Squad is hiring on behalf of a growing Swedish performance marketing partner. You will own the full sales cycle—from finding prospects and booking meetings to closing deals. You’ll also help build the sales process, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

Fully remote work in Sweden with SEK 30,000 monthly base salary plus commission. You’ll collaborate with Meta Ads and content specialists and have a clear path to lead the sales team as it expands.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of B2B sales experience with cold outreach.
• At least 1 year selling Meta Ads services.
• Strong Swedish communication skills and proven sales results.
• Independent mindset and enthusiasm for growth.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from finding prospects and booking meetings to closing deals. You’ll also help build the sales process, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

What you bring:
