Job summary

Galderma in Uppsala, Sweden, is seeking a Process Engineer – MES to join the Manufacturing Systems team. You will help develop and maintain electronic batch records and ensure digital production systems run smoothly in daily operations.

The role requires roughly 2–5 years in manufacturing, experience with MES or similar digital solutions, and the ability to collaborate across production, quality, supply chain, and IT. Fluency in Swedish is expected.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–5 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably regulated industries.
• Experience with MES or other digital production solutions.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and how digital systems can support and improve them.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse functions.

Responsibilities

• Map and document manufacturing processes with production and other functions.
• Design, configure and update Master Batch Records (MBR) and workflows in Körber PAS-X.
• Support production with MES questions and issues.
• Develop and improve MES solutions.
• Contribute to integrations between MES, ERP and other systems.
• Participate in digitalization and production development projects.
• Ensure solutions comply with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with different parts of the organization to develop systems and processes.
