Silex Microsystems AB is seeking a Group Manager to lead our Product Development team focused on MEMS solutions. You’ll grow the team to five to six members and drive the development and launch of new products for key customer programs.

Initially you’ll also work as a Senior Product Manager to stay close to product needs while building the team and ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. You will own resource planning and cross-functional collaboration for profitability.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in project management or program management.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles and building long-term client relationships.
• Experience within MEMS integration and/or product development.
• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Formal leadership experience in a similar context.
• Strong communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team with direct-reporting engineers within Product Development.
• Manage resource planning, goal setting, and prioritization.
• Support team members technically and commercially in their programs and ensure delivery excellence.
• Drive professional development and foster a strong team culture.
• Represent your team in internal forums and customer discussions.
• Act as first escalation point for customer program challenges.
