Job summary

ALTEN Sweden is seeking a Mechatronics CAD Engineer to join an automotive project in Gothenburg. You will focus on packaging and system performance, designing and integrating mechatronic components using Catia.

We value several years of CAD design and packaging experience, plus knowledge of mechatronic systems and integration of full service supplier products. A degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in CAD design and packaging.
• Experience with mechatronic systems.
• Knowledge of integration of full service supplier (FSS) products (required).
• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechatronic components using Catia.
• Work with concept phase before supplier on board to finalizing design including integrating final components and systems
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on mechanical, mechatronic and electrical design and integration topics
• Ensure designs meet requirements for quality, performance, and manufacturability
