You thrive on handling a variety of tasks that may change quickly and enjoy getting hands‑on with technical issues when needed. Your positive and enthusiastic attitude makes you a great team player who fosters knowledge sharing and propels the team forward.
We also look for the following qualifications:
Experience with Scania products, our modular system, and Catia V5 is advantageous. It is also meritorious if you have worked with gas and hydrogen solutions before.
Our group within the Customized Trucks department specializes in designing gas trucks, including CNG and LNG, at a complete truck level. Recently, we were also involved in the exciting task of developing customized hydrogen solutions.
We are a team of nine development engineers and one group manager, and we take great pride in our diversity. Our team members come from various gender identities, ages, life experiences, and cultural backgrounds. We foster an open and supportive work environment where we enjoy our work and support each other.
We operate within a value flow, maintaining close contact with other cross‑functional teams such as Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Aftermarket, Production, Purchasing, and Certification. This means you will build a broad Scania network from day one!
We offer a dynamic and engaging workplace where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. You will be part of a strong team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and close cooperation across functions. Scania supports your career growth both locally and internationally through a structured development plan and various courses.
Our benefits include training at our health center Gröndal or a wellness allowance, a result bonus, flexible working hours, and company car leasing.
