Job summary

Infrasonik is a small Swedish deep tech company based in Spånga, Stockholm. We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to own the full lifecycle of prototype machines from concept to production readiness, including design, simulation, prototyping and refinement.

The role requires a strong background in machine design, proficiency in SolidWorks, GD&T knowledge and hands-on ability on the shop floor. Fluency in English and Sweden residence with daily commuting are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Proficient with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Strong understanding of GD&T and manufacturing techniques.
• DFM/DFA knowledge for manufacturability.
• Experience with FMEA and simulations.

Responsibilities

• Take prototype machines from concept to production readiness, designing, simulating, prototyping and refining.
• Collaborate with production teams and work on the shop floor to solve problems hands-on.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable and ready for production.
