Zusammenfassung

MoveByBike Europe AB is seeking a mechanic to join our team in Malmö and support the service, repair and maintenance of our electric cargo bike fleet. You will help keep our urban delivery fleet safe, reliable and road-ready in daily operations.

You will begin with hands-on training alongside an experienced mechanic, learning our vehicles, systems and workflows while contributing to a fast-paced workshop focused on practical problem solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with bicycles, vehicles, machinery, electrical systems or mechanical repairs is advantageous.
• Formal mechanic training is not strictly required; practical skills and willingness to learn are valued.

Mechanic at MoveByBike

MoveByBike is looking for a mechanic to join our team and work with the service, repair and maintenance of our electric cargo bike fleet.

As a mechanic at MoveByBike, you will play an important role in our daily operations. Our vehicles are used every day for urban deliveries, and your job will be to make sure they are safe, reliable and ready for the road.

The role

• Service and regular maintenance of electric cargo bikes
• Mechanical and electrical repairs
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Identifying recurring issues and helping us improve the reliability of our fleet
• Documenting repairs and completed maintenance in our Fleet management system

You are not expected to know our vehicles from day one. During the initial training period, you will work alongside an experienced mechanic who will introduce you to our vehicles, systems and ways of working.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is practical, technically minded and enjoys solving problems.

Previous experience working with bicycles, vehicles, machinery, electrical systems or mechanical repairs is an advantage, but formal mechanic training is not necessarily required. We value practical skills, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Since our vehicles are essential to our daily operations, we also value someone who takes responsibility for their work and approaches problems in a structured way.
