Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a general management role with full P&L accountability.
• At least 10–15 years of post-undergraduate professional experience.
• Hands-on operator with proven track record across industries.
• Strong regional knowledge of Sweden and local business culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high-potential SME targets with AIA backing.
• Lead integration and transition as CEO-owner post-acquisition.
• Collaborate with AIA for governance, reporting and compliance.
• Develop and execute growth strategy to maximize value and exit.
