Job summary

Techrytera AB is seeking a Master Planner to establish, coordinate and quality-assure project and program planning, ensuring reliable schedules and decision support. You will develop planning principles, templates and processes, and maintain master schedules in MS Project.

You will support program managers and project managers with planning, forecasting and schedule updates, facilitate alignment meetings, and provide risk assessments and status reports to management and steering groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in program, portfolio or large-scale project planning within complex organizations.
• Advanced expertise in MS Project and establishing planning structures.
• Experience in dependency management, milestone governance, critical path management and schedule analysis.
• Ability to support and challenge project managers in a structured and pedagogical manner.
• Strong communication skills and reporting planning status to management and steering groups.
• University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dependencies and critical paths.
• Analyze schedules and risks to provide recommendations.
• Provide status reports to management and steering groups.
• Support PMs with planning and forecasting.
• Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure follow-up.
• Deliver updated master schedules and planning structures.
