Job summary

If Insurance is strengthening its Nordics customer engagement capabilities, you will enable users across markets to adopt Bloomreach CDP and related MarTech platforms. You will partner with IT, data, and business teams to translate capabilities into practical engagement solutions.

You will design onboarding, deliver hands-on training, and establish governance that scales across the Nordics. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in platform enablement or key-user roles with MarTech or CRM.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and build end-user communities.
• Familiarity with Bloomreach CDP and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Translate platform capabilities into use cases to drive adoption.
• Onboard, train, coach, and demonstrate to end users.
• Explain new features, data capabilities, and best practices.
• Review campaigns and suggest improvements per guidelines.
• Create scalable templates, docs, and reusable resources.
• Support governance and lifecycle management across markets.
• Provide guidance on privacy and GDPR for engagement activities.
• Serve as first point of contact for platform questions and escalations.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform experience and time-to-market.
