Job summary

Beyond Therapy AB is seeking an experienced Market Garden Production Manager to oversee seasonal production from seed to harvest. You will plan weekly priorities, lead a team of interns, and ensure smooth operations in all weather.

This hands-on role emphasizes problem-solving, efficiency and quality at the heart of a thriving Nordic market garden. You will coordinate sowing, planting, cultivation and harvest while maintaining records and daily workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 full seasons of commercial vegetable growing experience.
• Good communication in English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Legal right to work in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly and daily production priorities.
• Lead, organise and work alongside interns.
• Oversee sowing, planting, cultivation, irrigation and harvest.
• Maintain high quality and efficiency standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
• Keep production and harvest records.
• Ensure tools, irrigation systems, machinery and infrastructure function properly.
