Qualifications

• Supervised doctoral students as main or assistant supervisor
• Higher Education pedagogical training (preferable)
• Teaching experience, including course development
• Well established national and international networks within the subject area
• Documented utilization of research results in societal fora
• Contributed to a good working environment at workplaces
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance research as an independent Principal Investigator at a high international standard
• Contribute to teaching at all levels in collaboration with other faculty members
• Develop courses and educational programmes
• Foster a vibrant academic culture and participate in departmental and university activities
• Supervise undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students
• Apply for external research funding to strengthen your research programme
• Contribute to development of the discipline nationally and internationally
• Disseminate and utilize research results and contribute to academic citizenship
