Job summary

Asta Agency, partnering with Tssab in Southern Sweden, is recruiting an Interim Business Controller embedded in the plant and leadership team. You will own the fully-loaded cost model, deliver cost-per-unit visibility, and forecast forward-looking scenarios, challenging each business case with evidence.

You report to the Managing Director with a functional line to the Group CFO, and you will feed group consolidation and board reporting.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/industrial experience essential.
• Strong cost accounting and variance analysis required.
• Experience as a finance business partner, not only financial reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain budget and rolling forecast processes.
• Experience with group consolidation and board reporting.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the fully-loaded cost model and provide cost-per-unit visibility.
• Deliver reliable forecasts and forward-looking scenarios.
• Challen ge business cases with evidence on cost drivers.
• Partner with directors across functions to align on cost governance.
• Serve as the single source of financial truth feeding group consolidation and reporting.
