Job summary

Asta Agency is seeking an Interim Business Controller to live and breathe cost management in a manufacturing setting in Southern Sweden. You will own the fully-loaded cost model, deliver cost-per-unit visibility, and maintain forward-looking forecasts while sitting in the plant and leading S&OP discussions with leadership.

You will partner with directors across operations, supply chain, and HR to challenge business cases with evidence and to ensure financial truth is central to decision making.

Qualifications

• Commercially sharp and analytically driven finance professional.
• Able to translate financial data into actionable business decisions.
• Experienced with cost accounting, variance analysis and rolling forecasts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the fully-loaded cost model and cost per unit visibility.
• Deliver reliable forecasts and forward-looking financial planning.
• Partner with Directors in cost drivers and defend business cases with evidence.
• Be the single source of financial truth feeding group consolidation and board reporting.
