Job summary

Koenigsegg Automotive AB in Ängelholm invites a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Ghost Squadron and help launch and maintain new cars and projects. You will own a manufacturing domain, develop and improve processes, and support production operations to add value to the brand.

Requirements include MSc in Mechanical Engineering (or BSc with 4+ years) and proficiency in Catia V5/V6 and 3DX, plus knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing. On-site role with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• MSc in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years relevant experience or BSc with 4+ years.
• Proficiency in Catia V5/V6 and 3DX.
• Experience with technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing; manual assembly know-how.

Responsibilities

• Own a specific manufacturing domain.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
• Drive process improvements to utilize and optimize equipment and reduce waste.
• Provide Manufacturing Engineering inputs to R&D via FMEA, DFM/ DFA.
• Define equipment and tooling needs.
• Perform capacity studies including line balancing and VSM.
• Develop standardized manufacturing operations and SOPs.
• Support prototype builds and production deployment.
• Lead technical reviews and issue resolution.
