Job summary

Siemens Energy AB in Sweden seeks a Digitalization Project Manager for Manufacturing to balance strategic leadership with hands-on implementation at the Finspang site. You will collaborate with production teams, AM engineers, site management, and global stakeholders to drive digital transformation for ramp-up and cost optimization.

You will lead MES/SCADA deployments, define roadmaps, manage risks, and report progress to leadership, while bridging local needs with global strategy and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience managing manufacturing digitalization projects.
• Proven track record delivering MES/SCADA implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digitalization projects with budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• Develop a site digitalization roadmap aligned with global strategies.
• Define project scopes, deliverables and success metrics with engineering teams.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to leadership.
• Drive MES and SCADA deployment within additive manufacturing.
• Analyze workflows and identify automation and process improvements.
