Job summary

Avanade in Sweden seeks a hands-on Power Platform Engineer to design and deliver Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions that automate processes, enable AI capabilities and improve client outcomes.

You will work across the full solution lifecycle with Microsoft specialists, engineers and consultants, driving adoption, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
Proficiency in Power Automate, Desktop Flows and automation
Experience building Canvas and Model-driven apps
Familiarity with Dataverse, XML/JSON data formats

Responsibilities

Establish and grow client Power Platform capabilities enabling automation and AI functions
Design and implement end-to-end Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions
Develop multi-agent solutions, copilots, Canvas and Model-driven apps
Capture, analyse and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes for efficiency and value
Engage with client and Avanade teams to support adoption and upskill others
Contribute to solution design, documentation, testing, deployment and optimisation
Collaborate with architects, developers, consultants and client stakeholders in agile delivery
Stay current with Microsoft AI and Power Platform features and share insights
