Your Crew

As a Logistics Developer at our new factory in Linköping, you will be part of our logistics function, which belongs to the Supply Chain organization. Today, our team consists of 10 people whose responsibilities cover the entire logistics chain — from receiving goods to internal material handling and the delivery of finished products. The team includes logistics coordinators, freight forwarders, and logistics developers.

Your Mission
  • Analyze current logistics and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline and improve supply chain performance.
  • Lead and support logistics related projects including automation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Work with data and reporting to track and measure improvements.
  • Support in the relocation of warehouse operations and participate in major operations changes such as new production lines.
  • Identify potential disruptions in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure that logistics processes follow company standards and are continuously improved according to best practice.
Your Story
Must’s:
  • Relevant background within Supply Chain/ Logistics or similar work experience
  • Experience with working in an ERP system (such as IFS or SAP)
  • Project management skills
  • Good communicative skills, both Swedish and English
Nice to have’s:
  • Experience from industrial driven organization within similar industry as Beyond Gravity
  • Good knowledge of lean working methods
