Job summary

Engage Studios, a Swedish partner for logistics services, seeks a Logistic Support professional to ensure smooth, compliant movement of goods and vehicles between Europe, China and global markets.

You will coordinate deliveries, communicate with senders and freight forwarders, and keep material orders and delivery tracking on schedule while working with a cross-functional test-vehicle team.

Qualifications

• B.Log. degree in logistics or equivalent relevant education.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain management and Incoterms.
• Knowledge of customs procedures.
• Practical experience coordinating logistics, shipments, deliveries or freight forwarders.

You will support logistics management, coordinate deliveries, communicate with senders and freight forwarders, and help keep material orders and delivery tracking on schedule. You will work closely with a cross-functional test-vehicle team to make sure the fleet is ready for planned activities. REQUIREMENTS - A B.Log. degree in logistics or equivalent relevant education - Deep knowledge of supply chain management and Incoterms - Knowledge of customs procedures - Practical experience coordinating logistics, shipments, deliveries or freight forwarders - Availability for a full-time, longterm assignment - Ability to work onsite on the west coast of Sweden YOUR PROFILE You are structured, proactive and service-minded, with a strong sense of ownership. You communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, senders and forwarders, keep several logistics activities moving at once, and follow up until deliveries are complete. Experience from international or automotive logistics is an advantage.
