Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking a Senior Live Site Manager for the Nordics to drive ERP change and standardization across live sites using D365 and legacy systems. You will liaise with global teams to translate business needs into sustainable improvements and ensure smooth handovers from project to live operations.

The role requires strong change leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to align stakeholders across multinational teams in a fast‑moving transformation

• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the Live Site Management framework for the Nordics.
• Act as the main contact for live sites on ERP-related matters (D365 and legacy systems).
• Build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations across functions.
• Prioritize changes and coordinate with ERP teams, rollout projects and Microsoft.
• Support new D365 implementations and handovers from project to live site.
