Enersense in Boden, Sweden is seeking a Lifting Supervisor for a large-scale industrial project. You will coordinate lifting operations, review plans, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

This role requires experience supervising lifting activities in industrial or construction settings and the ability to work under pressure. The position is posted to Sweden with relocation considerations, and the assignment runs until late May 2027.

Join the team of bold professionals at Enersense! We are now looking for a Lifting Supervisor for our large-scale industrial project in Boden, Northern Sweden. We provide all travel arrangements as well as accommodation while working on site. The work rotation will be 4 weeks on site in Sweden, followed by 2 weeks off. The start will be as soon as possible and the estimated duration is until the end of May 2027.

The open position is within our Energy Transition business unit, where we help our customers improve the reliability of their production facilities and enhance maintenance operations. We deliver demanding project implementations for industrial projects. We develop digital solutions to improve productivity, manage the overall maintenance and reliability of our customers' production plants and provide resource and contracting services as well as subcontracting chain management services for domestic and international industrial projects.

Tasks and key responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate lifting operations
• Coordinate with lifting contractors and review lifting plans
• Conduct pre-lift briefings and LMRA
• Supervise lifting operations on site
• Verify lifting equipment and personnel readiness
• Maintain lifting safety, coordination and documentation

Requirements:

• Relevant technical education
• Proven experience supervising lifting operations in industrial or construction projects
• Ability to review and assess lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments and permits to ensure safe execution of lifting activities
• Thorough understanding of HSE requirements and a strong safety-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous activities
