Job summary

Dellner Group is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support across the group. Based in Stockholm or Borlänge, you will report to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborate with local and international colleagues to safeguard the company’s interests.

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, support M&A, investment and financing projects, and lead the ongoing development of the compliance function.

Qualifications

• Law degree at bachelor or masters level.
• At least 7 years of experience in a law firm or as a legal advisor within a company providing legal support to businesses.
• Strong communication in Swedish and English.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Experience negotiating contracts.
• Some exposure to banking and finance, taxation, and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
