Job summary

Wellspect HealthCare in Mölndal seeks a Production Technician for a temporary position in our automated production environment, including cleanroom and technical settings. You will join the Production Technology department and support daily LEAN activities, develop standardized work, and coach operators to ensure 5S and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate operator maintenance with the maintenance department, train operators in maintenance techniques, and manage calibrations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in production technology or related field.
• Solid experience in a production environment (operator, QA, maintenance, or production administration).
• Strong knowledge of production technology, maintenance techniques, LEAN production, and standardized work methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve standardized work methods and procedures in assigned production areas.
• Design training materials, keep instructions up to date, and support daily LEAN activities.
• Coach operators and ensure 5S compliance; plan and coordinate operator maintenance with the maintenance department.
