Job summary

Wellspect AB in Mölndal is seeking a Production Technician for a temporary position to support a highly automated manufacturing environment. You will help develop standardized work, train operators, and participate in LEAN activities to improve daily operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with maintenance, production development, and purchasing, with focus on calibration, tool management, and documentation in both Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in production technology or related field.
• Solid experience in a production environment across roles (operator, QA, maintenance, or admin).
• Strong knowledge of LEAN Production and standardized work methods.
• Experience with instrument calibration is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve standardized work methods and procedures within assigned production areas.
• Design training materials and ensure instructions are up to date.
• Plan and coordinate operator maintenance with the maintenance department.
• Train operators in maintenance techniques and manage instrument calibrations within your area.
• Collaborate with Production Development and Supply & Purchasing on new machinery/materials and represent production in cross-functional projects.
