Are you our next lead for analysis & workshop operations, ready to build, lead, and develop a key function in Älvängen?
In this role, you bring together operational leadership, technical analysis, and commercial responsibility to develop and drive analysis operations across new development, testing, and aftermarket. The goal is to establish a scalable and quality‑assured setup that enables both product innovation and aftermarket success.
Someone with a natural passion for technical and operational environments, where analysis, leadership, and development come together. To be successful in the role you come from the automotive industry, ideally with experience in testing, validation, verification, or aftermarket analysis. If you have experience in powertrain systems it is a strong advantage, especially within electrification and electric drivetrains. We believe that you have a degree in engineering (mechanical, automotive, mechatronics, or similar).
To succeed you have a solid understanding of how technical development and test environments work in practice. You are comfortable producing clear and structured technical reports and have experience with budget responsibility and business performance.
You have led people before and take pride in developing teams and individuals. Experience in customer‑facing technical roles, where you bridge technical solutions and customer needs, is a plus.
Given the international nature of our business, you communicate confidently and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.

For those driving, there are parking facilities available around Lindholmen. Please note that ongoing extensive roadworks are in progress to enhance future tram connections which may cause delays and inconvenience.
If you prefer public transport, simply get off at Pumpgatan or Regnbågsgatan when taking the bus. Alternatively, for ferry commuters, you'll get off at the Lundbystrand ferry terminal.
