Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation invites a Lead Planner to drive planning for its complex projects from Luleå. You will coordinate schedules, monitor deviations, and work with production, procurement, and management to ensure efficient resource use and high quality.

The role demands five+ years in project planning, a technical degree, and strong Swedish/English communication. Occasional travel to NCC offices and sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading planning in complex environments, preferably large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Five years of experience in project planning.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and structure the project's planning process.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and construction plans per WBS.
• Coordinate planning activities across contracts, construction, procurement, and deliveries.
• Report project status and communicate schedule progress to stakeholders.
• Identify deviations and ensure schedules reflect changes.
• Document delays and disruptions; support analysis and forecasting.
• Contribute to cost monitoring and resource planning.
• Provide recommendations for improvement and develop methods and tools.
