Job summary

Coherent is seeking an experienced Technical Lead, Optoelectronics, to own the technical development of optoelectronic products through the NPI process. You will lead cross-functional teams from design reviews to qualification, ensuring alignment with customer, technical, quality and business needs.

The role requires PhD or MSc with extensive experience in optoelectronics, plus 4–6 years in project management or technical leadership. Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a plus.
