Job summary

H&M Creative Studio in Stockholm is looking for an Image & Editing Manager to lead image and editing capabilities and ensure first-class visual quality across stills and video. You will build and develop a team of specialists, set standards, optimize workflows, and collaborate with creative, production and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality content for global campaigns.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in image and video production workflows, including retouching and lighting.
Experience leading and developing specialist teams.
Proven ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency.
Experience working with external vendors and production suppliers.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of image and editing specialists.
Set and enforce visual quality standards across stills and video.
Secure efficient workflows, resources, and operating models for scalable content production.
Build capabilities to support strategic priorities of H&M Creative Studio.
Define and manage partnerships with editors, retouchers and suppliers.
Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, and ways of working.
Collaborate with creative, production, and operational teams to deliver end-to-end content.
