Job summary

Tata Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Lead Function Owner to join the Vehicle Control group in Sweden. You will own End User Function requirements, drive commonality across products and collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer expectations.

You will guide safety cases, contribute to Hazard Analysis, and work with FuSa and CS teams to implement WoW practices and CarWeaver concepts. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and end-to-end verification.

Qualifications

Expert in End User Functions and use cases.
Knowledge of Transport Solution End User Function structure.
Automotive domain knowledge.
Knowledge of vehicle feature roadmaps.
General knowledge of vehicle development and verification.
Experience with Jira and Agile ways of working (WoW).
ISO26262 (FuSa/HARA) knowledge; Cyber security (TARA) awareness.
System/CarWeaver knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and own End User Function Requirements across variants and regulations.
Ensure commonality and reusability of functionality across products, brands and markets.
Balance transport solution and feature requirements for End User Function.
Break down feature requirements into End User Function requirements.
Secure stakeholder commitment and ensure testing/verification of EuF.
Coordinate changes with EuF architect and gain approvals.
Lead quality and safety activities including Hazard Analysis and Safety Case.
