Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a senior electrical project engineer to lead the electrical engineering team within the delivery project organization for Industrial Gas Turbines. You will act as the technical interface to customers and coordinate with project managers to meet milestones.

The role requires English fluency, with Swedish a plus, and a proactive, change-ready mindset to drive decarbonization and innovative power solutions.

Qualifications

Engineering background with electrical and/or controls engineering emphasis.
Demonstrated leadership and people development.
Strategic mindset and adaptability to change.
Strong network-building and cross-team communication.
Familiarity with Gas Turbines is desirable.
Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the electrical engineering team, driving project success and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Serve as the primary technical interface to customers, collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders.
Strategically manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring efficient progress and adherence to deadlines.
