Embark in Sweden is seeking a Senior/Lead Economy and Engagement Designer to design and implement systems and monetization that are deep, fair, and engaging for players across short, medium and long term. You will collaborate with the ARC Raiders team and production leadership to shape concepts into tangible features and live-service tools.

You will mentor junior designers, potentially take on managerial responsibilities, and lead cross-disciplinary efforts to run engaging events and player

• Experience with monetization strategy and engagement design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience coaching more junior designers.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and optimize monetization systems and player engagement features.
• Collaborate with production leadership to refine concepts into features and live service tools.
• Coach and mentor designers; potentially take on managerial responsibilities.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams in delivering events and player experiences.
• Define and validate KPIs using telemetry data and simulations.
