Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for complex builds, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Coach and support Boat Builders through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Help establish and maintain high standards in quality, safety and craftsmanship.
• Drive continuous improvements by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Support the introduction of new products, production methods and tools.
• Collaborate closely with Production Area Managers and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.
• Contribute to onboarding and developing the technical capability of the production team.

This is our highest technical role within production. While the position has no formal people management responsibility, you'll be a trusted technical expert, coach, and role model, helping your colleagues solve complex challenges and continuously improve the way we work.

What you'll do

As a Lead Boat Builder, you'll spend your time where you create the greatest value - on the production floor.

You’ll:
