Job summary

Cambio Group, a leading Nordic e-health provider, seeks an AI Enablement Lead to help teams identify opportunities, solve real business problems, and turn ideas into working AI solutions that save time and improve quality.

You will join our virtual AI engineering team to build agents, automations and internal applications, working iteratively from discovery to scale while partnering with Product Engineers and the AI Platform Team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of modern software development.
• 2+ years of building AI-powered solutions, agents, automations or copilots.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, Power Platform or Azure AI services.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and building workflow automations.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day software development.
• Experience taking solutions from prototype to production and adoption.
• Experience with one or more modern programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript

The position

As AI Enablement Lead, you will help teams across Cambio identify opportunities, solve real business problems and turn ideas into working AI solutions that save time, improve quality and create measurable business value.

You will be part of our virtual AI engineering team; an internal AI acceleration team focused on helping nearly 1,000 colleagues work smarter through practical AI solutions. From building agents and automations to supporting Product Engineers and scaling successful initiatives, you will play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across Cambio.

This is a hands‑on builder role. You are expected to create solutions, not just talk about them.

What You'll Be Doing

Build

How You'll Work

You Will Work In a Highly Iterative Way

One day you might be building an AI agent with a business team, the next supporting Product Engineers or helping scale a successful solution across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, enablement and operations.
