Visma Management Trainee program welcomes final-year students with big ambitions. A one-year program starting autumn 2027 offers five strategic projects across Visma’s companies in Europe, with placements in Oslo or Amsterdam and a kickoff at our Oslo HQ.

Upon completion, a permanent role is guaranteed and trainees have built long-lasting connections across Europe. The program emphasizes development under senior mentors, cross-company rotations, and a vibrant, international trainee community.

We're opening up a limited number of Management Trainee positions starting autumn 2027. This one-year program is designed to help you grow, explore your strengths, and find your place in an international, thriving company.

The Management Trainee experience

As a Management Trainee, you'll work on five strategic projects across Visma's companies over one year. You'll have the chance to really contribute to Visma’s deliveries and work in various European locations, like Oslo or Amsterdam.

This international program connects you with fellow trainees from Norway, Sweden, and the Netherlands. It all kicks off with an introduction week at our HQ in Oslo, followed by joint gatherings across Europe throughout the year. This gives you plenty of time to build connections that last well beyond the program.

Once you complete the year, you're guaranteed a permanent role within Visma. Together we'll help you land in the right place, and the five projects you lead are the perfect way to figure out where that is. Three former trainees are currently in top management, and previous trainees hold roles like Finance Director, AI Director, M&A Manager, Product Owner or Business Developer, to name just a few.
