Job summary

Ramp is launching KYB/AML onboarding for its Swedish payment institution in Stockholm. The role reviews business customer due diligence, UBO checks, sanctions/PEP screening, and risk assessment to onboard European clients efficiently.

Join a small Swedish team that leverages frontier AI tooling to automate routine tasks, while focusing on judgement and complex cases. You’ll collaborate with partners to ensure smooth onboarding and regulatory compliance as Ramp scales its European operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of KYB/AML onboarding experience in fintech or banking.
• Strong knowledge of due diligence processes and sanctions screening.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Clear, customer-friendly written communication.
• Interest in AI tools to speed up casework.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm with right to work in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first-line KYB reviews of business customers onboarding with Ramp's Swedish payment institution.
• Perform company verification, UBO identification, sanctions/PEP screening, and risk assessment.
• Decide standard cases and escalate complex ones with rationale.
• Handle onboarding communications and document requests with customers.
• Document decisions for regulatory review and keep cases moving when teammates are unavailable.
• Contribute to process improvements, templates, and AI-assisted workflows.
