You will be the primary contact for Korean-speaking clients, resolve inquiries, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with international teams. A valid EU passport or Bulgarian work authorization is required; native Korean is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Korean (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• EU passport or Bulgaria work authorization.
• Experience in a professional Customer Support Services environment is valued.
• Strong English for internal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site office in Sofia.

Responsibilities
