Role Description

The Junior Technical Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Stockholm. This role involves supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of capital markets systems, with a focus on analyzing technical and functional requirements. Day-to-day tasks include performing technical analysis of system issues, assisting in troubleshooting and incident resolution, and providing technical support to internal teams and clients. The Junior Technical Analyst will help document system behaviors, test new features, and collaborate with senior analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure stable and efficient trading and risk management solutions. The role also includes learning industry-standard tools and methodologies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Analysis and Analytical Skills to interpret system data, requirements, and complex issues.
• Experience or interest in Technical Support and Troubleshooting within software or financial systems environments.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of financial products, trading, or risk management concepts is beneficial.
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a structured manner, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in an international, collaborative consulting setting; proficiency in English, and Swedish is a strong merit.
