Job summary

Cramo i Solna söker en junior Product Information Administrator som ansvarar för att underhålla och förbättra produktinformation i vårt PIM-system. Du arbetar med beskrivningar, attribut, bilder och dokument för att säkerställa korrekt och publikationsredo data i våra kanaler.

Du lär dig våra processer, samarbetar över avdelningar och bidrar till datakvalitet samt standardisering. Rollen kräver noggrannhet, struktur och nyfikenhet; tidigare erfarenhet är inte ett krav.

Qualifications

• Gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande krav uppfyllt.
• Goda kunskaper i Excel och MS Office.
• Erfarenhet av datahantering eller produktinformation är meriterande.
• Noggrannhet och god detaljattiade.
• Fluent svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Responsibilities

• Underhålla och uppdatera produktinformation i PIM-systemet.
• Säkerställa datakvalitet, fullständighet och konsistens i produktdata.
• Samla in produktinformation från leverantörer och interna intressenter.
• Hantera interna informationsförfrågningar via vårt ticketsystem.
• Stöd processer för standardisering och harmonisering av data.
• Följa PIM-processer, dokumentera riktlinjer och arbeta i team.
• Identifiera förbättrings- och automatiseringsmöjligheter.

Job description

As a Junior Product Information Administrator, you will play an important role in maintaining and improving product information within our Product Information Management (PIM) system. You will make sure that product descriptions, attributes, images and documents are accurate, complete and ready to be used across our different channels.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, eager to learn and enjoys working with data. You don't need to know everything from day one, are looking for someone who wants to develop their skills and grow with us

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information in our PIM system, including descriptions, attributes, images and documents.
• Ensure data quality by checking product information for accuracy, completeness and consistency and correcting errors or missing information.
• Collect and manage product information from suppliers and internal stakeholders, supporting the creation and publication of content for new products.
• Handle internal product information requests through our ticketing system and support colleagues with data-related questions.
• Support data standardization and harmonization initiatives to improve the overall quality and consistency of our product information.
• Maintain documentation and guidelines and follow established PIM processes and ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, including supporting automation initiatives where applicable. You will be part of a team where collaboration is important.

This is a junior position, in which we offer a fixed contract for 1 year. With the possibility to evolve into a full time employement.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has completed secondary education or an equivalent level of education, preferably with a background in administration, business, IT or data management;
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Has some experience with data administration or product information. This can also be gained through an internship, education or an entry-level position;
• Works accurately and has a strong eye for detail and consistency;
• Is curious, eager to learn and able to organize tasks and priorities effectively;
• Enjoys working with different stakeholders and has a collaborative and customer-focused mindset;
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
