Job summary

H&M Home is seeking two Junior Product Developers to join the Kids & Baby (hard decorative products) and Eat product teams in Stockholm. Both positions are temporary contracts, supporting a tight team of Developers, Designers, Planners and Controllers under a Product Manager.

You will assist in organizing and executing component- and product development with production teams globally, driving growth and profitability through efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree within product development, buying, retail business, industrial design, interior, textiles or similar
• Preferably experience developing commercial and profitable hard deco products and components
• Experience from homeware products is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator
• Creative, curious and have a big interest in interior
• Independent and a solution-oriented problem solver
• Strong administrative, organizing and prioritizing skills
• Flexible mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, short- and long-term goals
• A true team player and great communicator
• Result oriented and strong business growth mindset
• Strong salesmanship and commercial thinking

Responsibilities

• Support your Product Developer with daily tasks and to organize and execute the component- and product development process in an efficient way
• Collaborate with our production teams around the world to develop components and products
