Job summary

Ericsson Sweden is seeking two junior Power Designers to join our Power Solutions team in the Radio product development area. You will design and optimize DC/DC converters and board power solutions, perform simulations, and verify performance from bring‑up through compliance.

You will work in the lab with state‑of‑the‑art instruments, collaborate with Radio design colleagues, and contribute to risk reduction, reliability investigations, and device characterization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven skills in DC/DC converter design.
• Familiarity with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, electronic loads, power supplies.
• Knowledge of LTspice or PSpice.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize DC/DC converters and board power solutions.
• Perform power system simulations from converter level to board power distribution.
• Plan and execute board power verification from bring‑up through compliance readiness.
• Collaborate across Radio design and Power Design teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to integration, verification, and troubleshooting of power solutions in products.
• Monitor and drive product quality and robustness.
