Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications.
Recently graduated with BS/MS.
Strong foundation in wireless theory and signal processing.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Contribute to systemization for next-gen RAN by supporting requirements, studies, and feature development.
Develop, analyze, optimize radio resource management (Link level/L2) algorithms focusing on energy, MIMO, and beamforming.
Perform link-level and network-level studies to evaluate wireless network performance for 5G/6G technologies.
Develop and refine software simulations and tools to compare design options for decision support.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure system integration and aligned features.
Create and maintain systemization artifacts such as requirements and architecture input.
