Qualifications

• Experience from 5G RAN, Baseband or similar telecom systems.
• Good understanding of 3GPP-based communication systems.
• Experience from the lower layers of the protocol stack (L1/L2, PHY or MAC).
• Knowledge within communication theory, signal processing or radio algorithms.
• System work experience and algorithm design.

Responsibilities

• Designing and specifying algorithms within RAN/Baseband.
• Systemizing and breaking down requirements for new features.
• Analyzing and optimizing 5G network performance.
• Supporting design and test teams throughout development.
• Analyzing fault reports and technical issues.
