Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail, customer-focused environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of sales performance and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Structured, proactive approach with strong prioritization.
• MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Good English and Swedish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through personalized service, styling advice, and storytelling around our jewelry.
• Support store targets by driving sales performance and improving KPIs.
• Own sales training, equipping colleagues with knowledge and confidence.
• Coach team members on the sales floor with constructive feedback.
• Welcome and support new team members during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run meetings and share best practices.
• Analyze sales performance to strengthen customer engagement and business results.
