Job summary

SAS - Scandinavian Airlines is seeking a Sourcing Manager IT to drive end-to-end IT procurement, from RFP creation to negotiations and contract execution. You will collaborate with IT stakeholders and Category Managers to secure strong commercial outcomes.

Based in the Stockholm area, the role focuses on running multiple sourcing initiatives with tight timelines, shaping tender processes, and delivering well‑structured procurement that aligns with business needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience running sourcing processes, RFPs and supplier negotiations within IT.
• Structured and able to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
• Hands-on and capable of driving end-to-end procurement processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities from start to finish with well-run tenders and legal agreements.
• Execute RFPs, manage supplier dialogues, and lead negotiations across IT categories.
• Develop and refine templates, tools and sourcing processes for efficiency.
