Job summary

Adapteo Group seeks an Operations & Delivery Excellence Lead to shape IT solutions for operations, manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and BIM. You will guide architecture, own the domain roadmap, and drive digital transformation with data, automation, and AI.

Reporting to the CIO, you’ll lead application managers and partner with business stakeholders and external tech partners to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in enterprise applications, IT delivery, digital transformation, or business technology.
• Strong understanding of operational processes in manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud or similar.
• Experience in solution architecture, portfolio management, and system integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology roadmaps and deliver cross-functional transformation.

What you will do

The Operations & Delivery Excellence Lead is responsible for leading Adapteo's IT domain supporting operations, manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and Building Information Management.

This is an opportunity to shape the technology solutions within a business-critical domain, lead digital transformation, and influence Adapteo's overall IT strategy. Combining people leadership, business partnership, solution architecture, and technology delivery, you will play a key role in developing integrated, reliable solutions that improve operational performance and create measurable business value.

Reporting to the CIO and as a member of the IT Management Team, you will lead a team of application managers and specialists, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and work with external partners to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities include

• Lead the Operations & Delivery Excellence domain and its team, developing people, strengthening internal capabilities, and fostering clear ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and planning to understand business needs and translate them into technology priorities and initiatives.
• Define and guide solution architecture within the domain, ensuring applications, integrations, and data work together effectively, in alignment with Adapteo's overall enterprise architecture.
• Own the domain's application portfolio and technology roadmap, overseeing application governance, lifecycle management, modernization, and investment priorities.
• Lead digital transformation and technology delivery within the domain, using digitalization, data, integration, automation, and AI to improve operational processes and deliver measurable business value.
• Manage strategic technology partners and collaborate across IT, ensuring effective delivery while contributing to IT-wide strategy, governance, and investment decisions.

Your profile

• Proven leadership experience in enterprise applications, IT delivery, digital transformation, or business technology, including managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of operational business processes, particularly manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud or a comparable platform.
• Experience in solution architecture, application portfolio management, and system integration.
• Track record of translating business requirements into technology roadmaps and delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing external technology partners and working in international organizations..
• Experience leveraging AI in combination with ERP platforms to improve operational processes, decision-making, and business value is considered a merit.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. Swedish or another Nordic language is an advantage.
