Job summary

The 20 LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a range of IT projects in the outsourced IT industry. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to deliver on time, within budget and to client satisfaction.

You will lead planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strict adherence to scope. A strong PM background in IT outsourcing and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business management or related field.
• Proven working experience in project management in the IT sector, outsourcing services.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate project requirements, scope and objectives clearly.
• Act as primary point of contact and provide project status updates.
• Guide project team members and delegate tasks based on strengths.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Identify and manage potential crises and devise contingency plans.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and report to management.
