Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an IT/OT Software Engineer to join the transformation team in Sweden. You will develop and maintain services and system solutions used by project teams in end customer projects, helping to shorten lead times and improve efficiency.

The role blends IT and OT domains, offering opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and professional growth within a supportive environment. You will work across the IT/OT interface, applying your development skills and DevOps

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience.
Experience with IT infrastructure and Windows Server, transitioning to development.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in PowerShell, C# and/or Python.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and Windows Server OS.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain new services/solutions to shorten project lead times.
Provide support to colleagues regarding these solutions.
Mentor junior colleagues and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives as experience grows.
Identify and capture opportunities for improvement as experience increases.
