The IT Compliance Officer for HemoCue is responsible for ensuring IT compliance, information security, and regulatory alignment across the organization, driving key programs such as ISMS, IT Software Validation, IT SOX, and NIS2 compliance. This position is part of the Procurement & IT organization located in Ängelholm, Sweden and will be primarily on‑site with flexibility. The role reports to the Director of Procurement & IT and focuses on driving IT compliance, audit readiness, and information security initiatives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
