An innovative impact VC fund in Stockholm is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for performing financial analysis, supporting portfolio companies, and researching new investment opportunities. The role offers a unique chance to work closely with founders and make a real impact in the venture capital space. Applicants should have a BSc or MSc in a relevant field, with 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or consulting. This is a full-time position with flexible working options.
A concentrated, ultra hands‑on VC fund building world‑changing companies with Europe’s best scientists and engineers.
Norrsken Launcher is an impact deep tech VC fund – part of the Norrsken ecosystem – investing in early‑stage companies that can transform the future for people and the planet. We partner with world‑class scientists and engineers to industrialize, commercialize, and scale groundbreaking technologies.
We’re a close‑knit team of company builders and operators, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to every project we back. With a combined track record of founding, funding, or building 15 unicorns, we’re now channeling that expertise toward solving humanity’s biggest challenges.
We invest in 2–4 companies per year and get deeply operationally involved working side‑by‑side with founders for 6–9 months, in a way most VCs can’t.
Our portfolio includes game‑changing companies in next‑generation diagnostics, stem cells, small nuclear reactors, plastic alternatives, textile recycling, hydropower, and clean air technologies.
Our team is now expanding with an Investment Analyst.
As a member of our investment team, you won’t just analyse investments. You’ll help shape the future of Norrsken Launcher.
From building financial models and presentations to evaluate investment opportunities and learning about new technologies at the forefront, your work will sit at the core of what we do. Your financial analysis skills, curiosity for data, and ability to turn complex information into clear insights will be key to our success.
You’ll report to the Investment Director but work closely with the full team and the founders of our portfolio companies. The role offers a mix of financial analysis, strategy, and hands‑on work building early‑stage companies that you won’t find in other VC funds, consulting, investment banking, or finance jobs.

The role is a full‑time based in Stockholm at the Norrsken House, with the possibility to work remotely a couple of days per week. You must have a valid work permit for the European Union and Sweden.
